I agree with you (except your wholely unecessary cricket comment! The game of kings!) that respect must start to be taught in the home.

Once that starts to happen we will see respect on the streets, on the roads, between people in general.

As much as I love living here and supporting Zionism through action not just a donation once a year, I am consistently infuriated by Israeli lack of consideration, respect, manners, etc.

However, lacking the home lessons as Israel seems to be if baseball, or cricket, or soccer, or whatever can teach the young to grow up with a little more of these values then so be it, I`m all for it`s introduction and widespread participation.
