None of them are forced to work for the wage they get; it`s the best they can get--meaning the PALs are paying less for the same work. Ron Cohen, if you want to be charitable and fair, first try treating your own people fairly---for example the ones whose houses, land, and livelihood you confiscated, leaving them unemployed, often unemployable, and with no future.
