The Philistines chose war. Once we started fighting back, we stopped them cold and defeated them (although it is a shame that we didn`t finish the job, including in Gaza). Now, hundreds of thousands have already left and 1/3 or more of the total remaining want to emigrate. This will only continue as the Philistines continue to choose this path. The best thing we can do to achieve peace is to help facilitate it.
