| The Hezbollah are trying to bring down the present elected Lebanese government by violent means. They are threatening Israel with sophisticated weaponry. They are being funded by Iran and other Islamic radical sources. Hezbollah resembles Hamas in every way, which should be enough for the EU to declare them a terrorist organization. If they fail to do this the EU will be giving a present to Iran and the rejectionist front against peaceful dialogue. Hamas, Hizbollah and Iran all advocate violent overthrow as a means to an end. All dialogue up till now have shown that they are absolutely not willing to deviate at all from this path. Now their goal is western style democracies, next it will be the West itself. |
