Oh, boy.....yet ANOTHER date for the end of the world. Clearly, most people don`t get it. If you focus on the "end of the world".....well, displayed by the personal beliefs of the President of Iran.....INSTEAD of finding ways TODAY....to make this a better world TODAY....then we are doomed.
Our world is defined by the PRESENT and what we do moment to moment to make our lives, the lives of our family, the lives of our fellow man better is what we should be concentrating on. It boggles my mind that the people who rise to positions of power and influence, once they reach the top, don`t reach out to the higher principles that are there for all of us to see and learn from....ie...take care of people, care for our environment, look out for our neighbors....how much more simply put can it be? No, it doesn`t happen because power, greed, vanity, fear.....rule the day. The "end of the world` happens every moment we don`t decide to give to our fellow man.....and decide to carve out our piece. |
