Like it or not, Taglit is a tool of certain powers within the Jewish establishment - not the Israeli establishment - to shape the future of Jewish identity. That happens to be important to me. It is only natural to search for a viable personal identity. In fact, I feel that if we can wrest Jewish identity away from the Zionist (and/or) capitalist elite, it would be much better for the entire ME region. What`s your problem??? This wasn`t a political post vis a vis Israel or anything of such sort.
