| While Uzi is probably right in saying most foreigners (me included)see Israel as an occupier that does not make its military actions indefensible as Uzi considers (or considers that to be the view of foreigners). In fact, it does not even mean that the occupation is indefensible from a security standpoint. In fact many foreigners consider the Palestinians have done a fair bit to prolong the occupation but, no doubt many foreigners believe it eventually should end. There are of course many foreigners who think Israel itself should end, but these were not the ones Uzi seems to be referring to when he talks about the `world` and the `international community`. |
