| "Israel is seen as an occupier" well bless my buttons I never realised! I can`t believe it`s not butter! What disappoints about this article is the author`s seeming surprise at making some kind of new and unexpected revelation he never before grasped. Never mind reporting opinion from abroad, look inwards at all the other enlightened Israelis who have `suddenly realised` they are occupiers the Officers, SNCOs and soldiers who refuse to serve in Occupied Palestine the Israeli women`s peace groups. Google Liberal Democrat Friends of Palestine for a political analysis as to what Israel can do to fix its dilemma. Insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome next time. 40 years of occupation - enough already - what has it given you? Do what your own citizens are telling you, the US, the Quartet, and the Arabs are telling you - pull out of the West Bank and Occupied East Jerusalem and enjoy peace and harmony and economic strength. |
