This is Israel`s third time in the academic`s boycott gunsight. Yet, as I pointed out to David, other such nations, including Russia, China, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela, (and if we wanted to deal with occupation, the US and UK in Iraq) have not received even a single call for boycotts.
Remember, while you`re screaming about olive trees, civilians in Iraq are getting murdered, for secretarian reasons, by means of torture, including the use of power tools on their bodies.
One more thing to think about. While Israel has been called to withdraw from Gaza and the West Bank, such moves were to be done in conjunction with the ending of Arab/Muslim violence on Israel. As pointed out by Brad, another 40 rockets hit Israel today. And yet, inexplicably, not even a single peep out of the British. |
