| Everyone seems to know the answer, yet no one does anything. The real criminals here are the justice and prison services. Why can`t the prison services do something to alter the behaviour of these offenders? If a high risk offender is released and then commits another crime then who is to blame? And the Justice system in this country is lacking only one thing, justice. I for one feel less confident allowing my kids out to play. At least inform the neighbors of these offenders so we can do the job of protecting our children. Obviously the authorities are unable or unwilling to care about our future. |
