Peace accords are made between enemies.
Israel knows well that it can only make peace with strong leaders, not with opportunists, CIA-agents, or mercenaries.
The Syrian regime will finally fall unless it cooperates for FREE with the Americans.
The Syrian regime is an enemy of Israel, but it will probably be replaced with a corrupt US-puppet regime, which will gradually (and in a short time) turn into a pro-Iranian regime, actively hostile to Israel.
Israel should beware of US irresponsible short-sighted strategy in the Middle East. The current stable Syrian regime, is better for Israel than a more friendly unstable regime. Examples are Iraq, the Palestinian Authority.
