| No one is advocating, over and over again, for the release of Ames or the other traitors to their country. But there is the lobby out there clamouring day in and day out for Pollard`s release, clemency, reduction of sentence, spying for a "friendly power" (as if that makes a difference). Thats what most Americans find appalling. If he were to be released then he would serve as an example that: Israel is a friendly power. Selling of classified information is really little more than passing it between friends". Thats why Pollard must not be released and thats why this whining about his situation turns the stomach. Just more double standard, duplicty and hypocracy. |
