| Continuing to torment Vanunu and make a martyr of him is the most effective way Israel can keep reminding the world that it has nuclear weapons. It also demonstrates that Israel has sufficient contempt for the powerless that it might actually use them. After all, defenseless Arab cities are the only nuclear targets in the Middle East. |
