Vanunu was captured, tried, convicted and punished. One can not be tried twice for the same crime, nor can one be punished without a conviction, nor convicted without trial. And that`s the case here. The court is an active partner in injustice. The magic word, of course, is "security". If Dimona hasn`t changed since Vanunu`s conviction, then Vanunu`s attitude isn`t the worst of our problems.
