| This weeks torah portion that is read all over the Jewish world is called Acrei Mot- Kedoshim. The first verse says Be holy since I (G-D) am Holy. Each Jewish person has a part of him that is divine that is connected to G-D. We (the Jewish People) are commanded to be holy. Not only are we commanded to be holy but there is holiness in the land as well. I bless you and me and the whole world to find the holiness inside of ourselves and in the land and in the torah. The torah specifically says that if we don`t act in holy ways the land will kick us out. I guess that the fact that we lost part of our holy land means that we haven`t been acting in the holiest of ways and that we have a lot to fix which is a good thing.
