Jake suggested that Israel compensated Yussef Salah Haji for his land. This did not happen. Instead of getting land with an open title, Israel pawned off some land on him that was already owned by someone else. Yussef Salah Haji has to this day never been compensated, so you are completely wrong.

"The military governor told me that they were taking my land for five years, for the purpose of military exercises. They offered me alternative land...In the end he took the land that the governor offered him, until it turned out, a few years later, that it belonged to one of the residents of the village who was living in Kuwait. When the owner of the land returned to the village, he demanded his land, and Haji was left almost penniless.
