Any decisions about the former site of Homesh should be made by Yussef Salah Haji. This is the human being who had rightful ownership of the land before it was taken.
Ari, I assume that you would expect the police to remove anyone who trespassed on your nice mountain home in Evergreen, right? Why is Yussef Salah Haji any different than you? Do you believe he is sub-human and shouldn`t have the same rights as you?
Both Yussef Salah Haji and one of the soldiers who drove him from his Almond grove both tell the same story of how this land was taken from him in 1978. This is not some situation of contested land. The owner is known, and should be the only person making desisions on this land.
The IDF should be enforcing his decisions the same way you would expect the Evergreen Police to enforce your property rights for your land.
