| i disagree - we can have a jewish state which shows respect and equality to all citizens no matter their race or religion. our jewishness will not dimish if we show respect to other minorities and the state will not disappear if we accept that we are not the only ones here. i am not suggesting brigning back the refugees (g-d forbid)i am suggesting that all peoples that hold our passport be treated as equals if equality also means military duty then the arab population has to address this issue as an internal point of debate - i agree that to be equal you must be prepared to fight for your equality and your state bm |
