| Okay so now that every idea thought up over one too many beers is being trotted out, now for something completely different! How about actual peaceful actions? Oh My!!! Once a country gives up land it has given up something substantial, Land. Land is worth something, land can be built upon, farmed, mined and MEASURED. How does one measure peaceful actions? For starters Arab countries could open their borders to humans carrying Israeli passports. Egypt could free it`s art community to come to Israel, rather than boycotting all cultural aspects of the Jewish state. The Saudis could lighten up on their anti-semitic educational system. Syria could get it`s ugly face out of Lebanon, and stop harboring terrorist organizations and cease the support of Hezbollah and their attempts at bringing down the democratic government. Peace is easy, especially if there is nothing to insure that you will be peaceful. Actions can be measured. |
