They continued up until 2003, where the scared shiltless mullahs offered Bush admin a secret proposition that included, full transparency of nuclear work, RECOGNIZING Israel, and taming Hezbollah and co.But Bush refused and the hardline stance actually backfired by major silencing of reform movements and additional emboldening of the regime which led to Ahmadinejad and co.
