According to a report by amnesty international, the top three coutries that carried out death penalties are: China, Iran, and USA accouting for over 80% of the executions worldwide. In 2003, there were two children offender executed, one by china and one by none other than USA.
Lynn, I appreciate your human rights concerns for the people of iran, but I think you`d be more effective in changing the pratice in the US more so than in Iran.
