I don`t know what you think is the problem in communication. You describe pretty well what the Israelis have always wanted and have tried to communicate in a number of negotiations with the Palestinians. I believe that such an agreement would bring not only peace and security to the Israelis, but also those things, as well as greater prosperity to the Palestinians.
