Without actually saying so, Israel effectively arranges that her Arab population will continue to have an inferior status. You don`t actually say Jews get higher welfare payments than Arabs -- oh no. But you make sure that it happens. You don`t actually say that Jews can have more medical care than Arabs. You don`t actually say that Jews can buy property but Arabs can`t. You don`t actually... It`s nauseating. It really is. You don`t even have the virtue of frankness, which at least most of those you could be compared to had.
