Israel was founded as a Jewish state.
Three- quarters of its citizens wish it to preserve that character.
This should not jeopardize the civil rights of individuals who are part of another ethnic, religious group.
But unfortunately the Palestinian Arabs have learned that they can get away ( Bashara , Tibi) with being disloyal to the state. They do not accept their status as minority. And our Justice System encourages them by not acting against the disloyal actions of Arab Knesset Members, and other forms of seditious behavior increasingly displayed by this group. |
