| Of course they have. I read in the Farsnews they promised to pay russia 22 million per month due to being behind in their payments. I guess they just don`t have the extra cash now on hand. Too much spending on Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, Mahdi Army in Iraq. what a foolish government. |
