| Ronnie, my point is that if Israel, which unfortunately uses the Holocaust very frequently to justify its existence and policies, does not act against Darfur, it is invalidating its true reason for being. I find it interesting that the Jewish people as a whole have not forgotten the Jewish mission even as Israel struggles with it. No doubt this is due to the enormous pressure the country faces. Finally, if you were to refuse someone help because he/she is a Moslem and their brethren do not act, then I ask what type of a Jew you are and what type of message you feel Judaism has to offer to the world. |
