Of course, that is if one assumes that they are consistent in their attitudes towards basic human rights, and don`t subscribe to the view that as long as it is someone doing these kinds of thing TO THEIR OWN PEOPLE, that it is perfectly acceptable, and perhaps a laudable acknowledgement of the maintenance of "traditional values".
