| I think teachers` salaries in Israel are shameful. Admittedly, salaries are lower in Israel than in Canada. Still, on average, a teacher who is a University graduate will start off at a monthly salary here, before taxes, of 12,000 shekels, going up to a maximum, after 10 years of service, with six years of University, of 20,000 shekels per month. I believe that you get what you pay for. Ian |
