| on an hourly basis teachers are actually the highest paid sector in israel. the problem is that they only work very short days. one way to solve this problem is to have them stay at school from 8-5 like any worker. that way they would prepare more for their classes. eventually it would also increase their salaries. teachers should earn more by working more. |
