| If israel doesnt have a constitution and law is based on this 1992 basic law on human dignity that doesnt mention equality, on the basis of what a non-jew citizen who received discrimination can go in front of a tribunal and obtain justice? Also can 2 partners of different faiths marry without one of the 2 giving up his/her religion? |
