| Yesterday the judgement against the Holocaust denier Zuendel in Germany was praised. During the trial, the accused and his advocate tried to prove, that only a fraction of the reported numbers of Jews could have been killed in the German concentration camps. Exactly the same reasoning is the basis of the thesis of Abbas, which he defended in Moscow for his doctorate. How can it be, that in one case the verdict against a Holocaust denier is praised, and in the case of Abbas, a Holocaust denier itself is praised, when it seems to be opportune? What kind of morale is this? |
