| And really, already with the "Jewish money" posts! How tasteless. My only problem with Obama is his relative lack of experience in high office. His intelligence and charisma speak for themselves. As far as helping the Palestinians, perhaps he can help us find REAL peace partners, people who do want to reconcile with Israel and form a viable nationstate alongside her. I hope so. There`s no limit to what our peoples could do if we all worked together. This dreadful violence, and the rhetoric about destroying Israel, and the truly vicious characterizations of Jews that so permeate Middle Eastern propaganda, is utterly soul-destroying. It does none of us a bit of good and can only end in tragedy. Meanwhile, I hope that whoever ultimately wins the nominations and the election, will be able to help bring a gentler and more fruitful time to us all. |
