What will Pelosi do then? Bush undoubtably has the power to launch his forces against Iran on whatever whim takes him. But he can`t sustain that without Congressional approval.
But if he`s already started a war, well, the war is on. So what is Congress going to do then, short of impeaching him and surrendering to Iran?
After all, this is a President who, when confronted with news that a proposal of his was unconstitutional, simply described the Constitution of the United States of America as "just a piece of paper". |
