Never again, should be a reminding not only for mass murder, but to never allow despicable acts as this to occurred once more.
To blame some one now, is useless ,she is dead; life has being lost. The authorities "most" and the entire society "most" do everything at their power to identify victims and provide them with assistance, protection and comfort. We all most care for our fellow human beings, and act like human beings. If there is even the minimum suspect of abuse the police most be notify and is there duty to assist people in need. |
