Every developed country attempts to diagnose and provide help to the children with special needs. Because of the advances in diagnostics, the percentage appears to be higher than in the underdeveloped world. Before you jump onto the ha’aretz site and shower Israelis with you condescension and/or venom, you should educate yourself and attempt to diagnose yourself. Who knows, it might be your ADHD, M-SHGas or some other medical condition that makes you so irate at the Israelis.
