| Does Israel - either as a country or individual citizens, have the right to purchase land which is designated as Occupied Territory according to international law? Even if an Arab owning the land wants to sell to a Jew, (very unusual)or any other foreign national, I doubt if it is legal until the ownership of the land is settled in international law. Unfortunately many Arabs have been duped into selling to Jews by fraudulant "middle men" acting on behalf of Zionist organisations. If peace prevails, one assumes that Arabs from the West Bank could buy land in Israel if Israeli`s are allowed to buy land in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. |
