The definition of word "rape" is "act of physically forcing another person to have sexual intercourse"
It doesn`t mean physically forcing continuiance of allready existing sexual intercource.
So what the guy is accused of, cannot possibly be rape according to the most basic common sence and the very simple tool called dictionary.
The judges in western societies are acting more and more as an independent omnipotent entity playing with society for their own academical amusement.
Aren`t we supposed to do something about that? |
