The court that came up with this very subjective ruling should invoke a "safe word" that women can say at which point the man needs to stop what he is doing and move away from the woman.
How else is a man supposed to know exactly what a woman means when she says "stop" or "no"? The guy can always claim later that he thought she was refering "stop" his specific technique or position.
We`ve all had women tell me to stop, only to have them reposition themselves and continue going happily till the end at a more comfortable position.
We need to protect both women and men with this law and to define it much more precisely so that the punishments can be honest and exact. |
