| Actually, the arab israeli`s aren`t doing as great as you paint the picture: Here`s a link to a Jewish organization working for their equal rights - www.nif.org (thank god for all the sane and peace-loving of all religion, in this case the wonderful peaceful jews). BTW, this organization planned for peace-loving jews and pals (300 of them) to plant trees in hope of peace and solidarity. Just another FYI, Iran has the largest Jewish community in the ME after Israel who DO HAVE seats in the parliament and are free to live and practice as they wish(and definitely safer there than Israel). THis may come as a shock to you, but the Jews, along with Armenians, etc. are protected by the Iranian constitution. Even the monsterous Khomeini, who slaughtered all political factions, explicitly issued a religious edict to have them protected. Last but not the least, these jewsih communities have been living in iran for MILLENNIA - you do remember the second building of the temple, don`t you? |
