| Tobia, thank you for your response, however, everyone is missing the point here. Anybody can file suit against someone or thing through USA`s Uniform Commercial Codes if they can show injury by someone/thing. Sure it`s great to go after terorist and their assets just remember there are always two sides to a coin. We say they are terrorist and they say we are the terrorist. Get it? |
