Have you ever thought, General Spider, that preventive actions in a military situation can not necessarily be considered a war of choice?
Have you ever thought, General Spider, that remaining in the enemy`s territory and fighting from it is not always done by choice?
If, of course, the alternative to all of the above examples is the destraction of the "choosing" party, Sir.
