| Oh come on, you have got to be kidding, I live in Houston and storys like this are common, as they are in almost every big city in the United States, and that doesn`t include the everyday muggings and robberies. You live in California. I can`t watch the news without it being interrupted every few hours with a police chase in Los Angeles, where a rapist, robber or car thief is being chased.
