| I can`t believe what some people here say. A lot of antisemitism claiming that this is typical "Israeli" problem, or that Muslims would never abuse their dauthers. These problems exist everywhere, and that it is in the papers only shows public interest in that subject. A Palestinian friend of mine working in a women`s organization just told me how severe the problem of abuse in families is in the Palestinian society. It is simply a taboo u can never mention. |
