| there are protocals and agreements between nations when destroying satellites or weapons. when Russia or the US do it, they inform each other of their intent, a satellite is moved to the site, and the then whatever is being destroyed is detonated and recorded. China has the same agreement with the other two parties. That was the reason for the complaint. Nations do not just send rockets in the air to blow things up. They know it could trigger an unwarranted war. |
