I agree that Holocaust denial should be condemned but I condemn the hypocrisy of the US in tabling this motion while they STILL won`t acknowledge the genocide of the Armenians by Turkey (the Ottomans were not responsible by the way - the Armenian people were a major part of the Ottoman merchant class after all).
Israel has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the Armenian Holocaust. 1.5 million Armenians were systematically murdered in 1915. That needs to be recognised. |
