Some people on this talkback make it sound that Khaled Abd al-Wahab is a lone Tunisian Arab that happened to save some of his Jewish neighbors.
Please don`t forget that during the Spanish Inquisition many Jews fled Christian Spain and found a safe shelter in Muslim North Africa.
Muslims have always been closer to Judaism, religiously and culturaly, than we are made to believe by modern Judeo-Christian countries who were the perpetrators of the Holocaust against their own Jewish citizens.
Denying this side of history is just as ugly as denying the Holocaust! |
