All of the western nuke powers are REQUIRED by the NPT to help these countries establish non-military nuke programs. It is all in black and white that assistance will be provided for civilian uses to ALL signators of the NPT WITHOUT PREJUDICE.

The only way for Israel to stop that would be to sign on to the NPT so it can suggest amendments according to the NPT guidelines. Then Israel would have to get all of the NPT members to sign off on the changes Israel wants to make the changes official.

Good luck with that.

Until then, all of the countries you listed are well within their rights to develop civilian nuke programs, while Israel has absolutely no say what-so-ever because they are not NPT signatories.

If Israel wants to have a say with regards to NPT, Israel will have to sign on the dotted line.
