He certainly had no thoughts of moral responsibility when the IDF laid the cluster bombs in Lebanon which continue to kill and maim people. He acted without morality by murdering 950 civiliand in Lebanon last year and forcing millions to flee their homes. There is a nice cell waiting for Halutz the war criminal in the Hague.
