| 1. If you shoot, don`t leave him able to talk. 2. Don`t shoot him in the back, that would have meant he was leaving and no longer a danger. 3. Make sure his body is on your property. Then we have the old adage. "Better to be tried by twelve than carried by six". His demise could have been avoided if he had engaged in an honest occupation instead of sheep rustling. |
