| This incident on its own is only the tip of the iceberg, and thus misleading and even dangerous. True, the Jewish farmer has the right to protect his property against interlopers and thieves. However, as we have seen again and again, the state helps itself, hand over fist, in claiming Arab property, that of the Bedouins included. If Mr Drori is innocent, the state must be called to account. |
